Fiscal Affairs

Fiscal Affairs recommends and implements financial and fiscal policies, prepares and recommends the annual budget, monitors day to day financial transactions and recommends appropriate actions as necessary.  Other accounting functions performed by this office include general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cost allocation, utility billing, ambulance billing and collections (including court ordered restitutions, bad check diversion program and drug court fees).

This office maintains all detailed historical financial data for the County.  We operate the County's self-insured health plan and are responsible for other risk management related property casualty and worker compensation programs.
